I have a garage full of scooters so I need to comment on the Vespa chairs. I would much rather have these scooters made into chairs than have them crushed and recycled. Technically, they are not even Vespas, they are Motovespas, which are made in Spain under license from Vespa. Like the Bajaj and LML scooters.
I really don't expect to see this chair in production but it is a nice concept. For the untrained eye, the height adjustment is the rear brake pedal.
